COATS Union Network is a network of the registered trade unions from the manufacturing facilities of the COATS Group PLC-the largest Apparel thread and zipper manufacturing company of the world. The British multinational has their manufacturing operations in 27 countries across five continents of the world. The Network is the first of its kind in the textile/garment sector and is established by IndustriALL- the global trade union federation representing more than 50 million workers from the manufacturing sectors including textile, garment, shoes and leather.
